This Personal Data & General Confidentiality Agreement explains how Pro Radio Streaming (“Pro Radio Streaming,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information and confidential information associated with our website, customer accounts, streaming platform, support services, and related products.

By creating an account, purchasing a service, accessing our customer platform, or otherwise using Pro Radio Streaming services, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge and agree to the practices described below.

1. Personal Information We Collect

We may collect personal and business information necessary to provide and manage our services, including:

• Name and business or organization name

• Email address

• Telephone number

• Billing and mailing information

• Radio station name, call sign, or brand

• Account usernames and account identifiers

• Subscription and service information

• Billing and transaction records

• IP address, browser, device, and website usage information

• Support requests and communications

• Information you voluntarily provide through our website or customer portal

We only seek to collect information reasonably necessary to operate our business, provide our services, process transactions, support customers, maintain security, and meet applicable legal requirements.

2. Payment Information

Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors.

Depending on the payment method used, Pro Radio Streaming may not directly receive or store your complete credit or debit card information. Payment processors may collect and process payment information according to their own privacy and security practices.

Customers may receive analytics or statistics concerning listeners through the Pro Radio Streaming platform.

Customer agrees to use listener information responsibly and in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

Information made available through our analytics services may not be used to unlawfully identify, track, profile, harass, or contact individual listeners.

9. Confidential Customer Information

We recognize that operating a radio station or broadcasting organization may require customers to provide us with information that is not publicly available.

Confidential information may include:

• Streaming credentials

• Account passwords and access information

• Server configuration information

• Internal station information

• Programming information

• Business plans

• Audience information

• Advertising or sponsorship information

• Financial or billing information

• Technical configurations

• Unreleased projects or services

• Other information reasonably understood to be confidential

Pro Radio Streaming will use reasonable measures to protect confidential customer information and will use such information primarily for providing, maintaining, supporting, securing, and improving the services.

10. Pro Radio Streaming Confidential Information

Customers may also receive access to confidential or proprietary information belonging to Pro Radio Streaming.

This may include:

• Non-public system information

• Server credentials

• Internal technical configurations

• Proprietary software or functionality

• API credentials

• Security information

• Non-public pricing or commercial arrangements

• Internal documentation

• Business processes

• Unreleased products or features

You agree not to disclose, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, exploit, or provide unauthorized third parties with access to Pro Radio Streaming confidential information.

This restriction does not apply to information that is publicly available through no violation of this Agreement.

11. Passwords and Credentials

Both parties are expected to take reasonable precautions to protect passwords, streaming credentials, API keys, administrative access information, and other security-sensitive information.

Customers should not publicly post streaming administration passwords, account credentials, API keys, or other private access information.

If you believe credentials have been compromised, you should notify Pro Radio Streaming promptly so appropriate security measures can be taken.

12. Data Security

Pro Radio Streaming uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information under our control.

However, no website, internet transmission, cloud service, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate security for their own devices, computers, networks, automation systems, passwords, and authorized account users.

13. Security Incidents

If we become aware of a security incident affecting personal information for which notification is required by applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to investigate, contain, and address the incident.

We will provide legally required notifications in accordance with applicable law.

14. Legal Disclosures

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:

19. Confidentiality Exceptions

• Is lawfully obtained from another source without a confidentiality obligation;

20. Unauthorized Disclosure

If either party becomes aware of unauthorized access to or disclosure of confidential information belonging to the other party, that party should provide prompt notice when reasonably practical.

The parties agree to reasonably cooperate in addressing a legitimate confidentiality or security concern.

21. No Transfer of Ownership

Disclosure of confidential information does not transfer ownership of that information or grant intellectual property rights except for the limited rights necessary to use Pro Radio Streaming services.

Each party retains ownership of its respective intellectual property and confidential information.

22. Third-Party Websites and Services

Our website or platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, applications, services, or platforms.

Those third parties may maintain their own privacy policies and terms. Pro Radio Streaming is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third-party services.

You should review the privacy terms of third-party services you choose to use.

23. International Users

Information may be processed or stored in locations different from where a customer or listener is located.

Where applicable law requires specific safeguards for international transfers of personal information, we will use appropriate measures as required for information under our control.

24. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Personal Data & General Confidentiality Agreement as our services, technology, or legal requirements change.

The current version will be made available through the Pro Radio Streaming website.

When required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.

25. Relationship to Other Agreements

This Agreement should be read together with the Pro Radio Streaming Service Agreement and any other policies or terms applicable to the service you purchase.

If specific data-processing terms are required for a particular customer or service, those terms may be addressed through a separate Data Processing Agreement or written addendum.

26. Contacting Pro Radio Streaming

Questions, privacy requests, confidentiality concerns, or reports of suspected unauthorized access may be submitted through the contact or support options provided on the Pro Radio Streaming website.

Your Agreement

By creating an account, purchasing services, or using Pro Radio Streaming, you acknowledge that you have reviewed this Personal Data & General Confidentiality Agreement and understand how personal and confidential information is handled.
